Black-owned Business Enhancement Grant

We're inviting Black entrepreneurs operating from the South Eastern Ontario region to compete for a $500 funding incentive to promote their products and services to new market segments. We have a local business owner who has provided BEE-SEO with a donation of $10,000 CAD and would like the money to be used to help our members sell more products and services. It's a chance to boost your business and attract new customers!

Objectives of the Program:

1. Expand Market Reach: Empower Black-owned businesses to offer attractive discounts, reaching new customers and untapped market segments.
2. Stimulate Customer Acquisition: Enable Black entrepreneurs to attract and acquire new clients through enticing promotions and discount incentives.
3. Fuel Business Growth: Provide resources for offering discounts, fostering increased sales, and contributing to a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem.
4. Promote Inclusivity and Diversity: Encourage engagement with Black-owned businesses by offering enticing discounts to customers from diverse backgrounds.

Conditions to Participate:

1. You must be a registered business in Ontario
2. You must have registered with the BEE-SEO from our website, it takes a few minutes and it can be done via the grant application form here: https://forms.gle/N4DX1VBkw5U9oJTq7
3. You must be operating your business from South Eastern Ontario region

How will the Promo Power-Up Bonanza Program Assessment Be Done?

 Applications must be submitted by March 10, 2024. An external team will assess each submission, focusing on customer acquisition strategies and the execution of promotional campaigns. The top 20 proposals will move forward to the final review stage, with recipients being honoured and grants awarded at the BEE-SEO Awards Night on May 11, 2024.
